The memory of the dream
“Between two awakenings, the night leads to stories that no longer exist. My drawing is a metaphor for passing time as a mythology that flourishes towards the horizon where ghosts dance.
A dream is the memory of a territory we are building.
The body is a house where Alice can grow.
My painting is music,
Drawing, writing.
The whole thing is a dance that calls out to those we miss.
The sacred is the essential.
My memory is immortal, my spirit resides in the canvas.
I’m no longer afraid of the spider.
She is a cosmic queen attracted by the celestial light.”
